Meet Our Team
DR. JOHN LEE, MD
Dr. Lee is a highly accomplished interventional cardiologist with specialized expertise in vascular interventions. A graduate of Yonsei University’s College of Medicine in Seoul, Korea, Dr. Lee pursued Internal Medicine training at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
He further honed his expertise in preventive cardiology at the Mid America Heart Institute at the University of Missouri.
His advanced training includes general and interventional cardiology, with specialized focus areas in peripheral arterial interventions, structural heart procedures, wound care, and vein care.
He has extensive research experience and has presented at many national meetings as well as published in many peer-reviewed journals.
Dr. Lee completed his medical vascular training at Ochsner Health, where he gained advanced expertise in diagnosing and treating complex vascular conditions. His training emphasized cutting-edge endovascular techniques and patient-centered care in a high-volume academic setting.
DR. NAVIN BUDHWANI, MD
Dr. Budhwani is a distinguished interventional cardiologist specializing in vascular interventions, including angiograms, angioplasties, and complex coronary procedures. With a commitment to advancing patient care, Dr. Budhwani brings exceptional expertise and a wealth of experience to Valley Interventional Associates.
Dr. Budhwani earned his medical degree with honors from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ), where he also completed his residency, serving as Chief Resident in his final year. He continued at UMDNJ for his three-year Cardiology Fellowship, once again serving as Chief Fellow.
He then completed a seventh year at the Zena and Michael A. Wiener Cardiovascular Institute at Mt. Sinai School of Medicine as an Interventional Cardiology Fellow.
